FAQ's

  1. DO YOU GUYS HOLD ITEMS?

-Yes and no. We like to give people locally the first chance to get items before they hit our website. If you DM us on IG asking for an extended hold (few hours, days, or even weeks), we will not be able to help you. In certain situations, if someone is on the way to pick up an item, we can help with a 15-30 min hold for the customer to get to the store. This goes on a CASE BY CASE basis, meaning it will depend on how far you are AND the item you are inquiring about. If an item has been asked about by 20+ people in our DM's, we will not hold it. It becomes FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

   2. HOW DO WE CONTACT YOU?

-We currently have no phone and do not plan on using a phone in the near future. The quickest way to contact us is IG (@dailymia) or email (wearekicksdaily@gmail.com). If we do not get to you, or you are left on red, keep trying. Eventually we will respond to you (unless you're a troll).

 

   3. DO YOU GUYS ACCEPT CARD? CASH? TRADES?

-Yes to all of the above. We accept cards, but they must have a CHIP and the owner of the card MUST be present with a VALID picture ID. No excuses. We don't care who you know, what other store lets you do it, etc. etc. Trades work based off adjusted market value. Please understand that we have to make money too.

 

   4. IS EVERYTHING 100% AUTHENTIC?

-FUCK YES THEY ARE. We guarantee it. We're not a rinky dink store that half asses shit. You can tell by our IG feed and consistently good deals that we know what we're doing. Our rep speaks for itself.

 

  5. CAN YOU SHIP ITEMS?

-Yes. We post everything on our website. Shipping starts at $10 and goes up based on how many items you buy and the type of items. If you want something we posted on our feed, and its not on the website, you can DM us to request to have it posted. All items are sent via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail. It usually takes 24-48 hours to process orders, and another 3-5 for delivery! Please make sure your addresses are correct before placing an order as we do not make changes AFTER the orders have been processed. If your item is delivered back to us because you messed up your address or you missed the delivery, you will have to pay for redelivery OR you can get a refund MINUS a 20% restocking fee.

 

  6. Y'ALL HIRING?

-No, we are not.

 

  7. DO YOU GUYS RESTORE OR REPAIR SHOES?

-Fuck no. Never have, never will. And do not ask us if we know anyone who does because we don't. At least no one we can recommend or co-sign.

 

  8. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY OTHER LOCATIONS?

-We currently have our West Wynwood location and our vintage store (@yesterdaymia , www.YESTERDAYMIAMI.com) At this very moment, we are looking to expand and a new store is in the works for 2020. Stay tuned.

 

  9. DO YOU GUYS SIZE SWAP?

-Yes, but only if the item is OWNED BY US and NOT CONSIGNED. We do charge for size swaps, and the amount we charge is based on market value of both items and what size you are looking to swap for. Size swaps are a SERVICE, not just something we do for fun. If you need a specific size and we are able to help you attain it, it will cost you. At the end of the day, its a business.

 

 10. DO YOU GUYS OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

-ALL. SALES. ARE. FINAL!

 

 11. WILL YOU GUYS SHOUT MY IG PAGE OUT?

 -No.
